A design made at 40 × 60 mm may print smaller. File dimensions, print scaling and printer margins all affect the result.
Choose “100%” instead of “Fit to page”
Fit to page scales content into the printable area. For exact dimensions, choose Actual size or 100%. Turn off headers and footers, and match paper size and orientation.
Can your printer print edge to edge?
Unprintable edges vary by printer. Setting margins to 0 mm doesn't make every printer borderless. Check your device's instructions and allow margins. Leave space between stickers if you plan to cut them.
Rotation can change the sheet count
On A4 with 10 mm margins and 3 mm gaps, 40 × 60 mm stickers fit in 4 columns × 4 rows (16). Rotated 90°, 3 columns × 6 rows fit 18. For 50 stickers, that means 4 sheets or 3 sheets. Nori compares uniform grids in both orientations, not mixed-orientation optimizations.
Test just one sheet first
- Check paper and sticker dimensions in the preview.
- Print the first sheet at 100% using SVG or Print.
- Measure the sticker frame with a ruler.
- Once size and margins are right, print the rest.
The layout helper plans size, quantity and cut frames, repeating one selected image. PNGs from Nori Sticker Studio work too. It doesn't export cutting-machine-specific formats.
